Lee Prowle MCABE AssocRICS

The practice is run by Lee Prowle, a building surveyor, Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE) and Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).

Lee comes from a third generation roofing family and spent many years as a roofing contractor before moving into surveying. That background shapes every survey we carry out, particularly when it comes to roofs.

• House Buyers Survey (RICS Level 3)
• Flat Buyers Survey (RICS Level 3)
• Roof surveys, including drone roof surveys and roof leak investigations

How We Work

• Level 3 surveys only, so every client receives our most detailed inspection
• Drone and pole camera roof inspection where access allows
• Reports in plain English, with photographs
• Fixed fees confirmed in writing before the inspection
• Independent advice: we do not carry out building or roofing work
