House Buyers Survey (RICS Level 3) in London and the Home Counties
Our House Buyers Survey is an RICS Level 3 survey for anyone buying a house or bungalow. It is the most detailed home survey available, and gives you a clear picture of the condition of the property before you commit to buying it.
Who It Is For
Our House Buyers Survey is suitable for any house or bungalow, whether it is a new build, a 1930s semi or a Victorian terrace. It is for any buyer who wants a more in-depth survey and a clear understanding of what they are buying. We do not believe in offering two levels of survey. We only offer the top level.
What the Survey Covers
- A thorough inspection of the property inside and out, including the roof space where accessible
- Roofs, chimneys, gutters and rainwater goods, with drone and pole camera inspection where access allows
- Walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings and joinery
- Visible signs of movement, dampness, timber defects and other building defects
- Services, outbuildings and the grounds, by visual inspection
- Matters for your solicitor to check, such as building regulations approvals and alterations
What You Receive
A detailed report in plain English with photographs, explaining the condition of each part of the property, the cause of any defects, the likely consequences, and the repairs or further investigations recommended.
Why Choose Prowle & Co
Many surveys say little more about the roof than that a roofer should look at it. With many years as a roofing contractor before moving into surveying, and a drone on every inspection where access allows, we give the roof the attention it deserves.
Do You Carry Out Level 2 Surveys?
No. We specialise in Level 3 surveys only, so every client receives our most detailed inspection and report.
