Property in London

London housing ranges from Georgian and Victorian terraces with butterfly roofs hidden behind parapets, to Edwardian semis, interwar suburbs, mansion blocks and converted flats. Many properties are in conservation areas, and many roofs cannot be seen from the street, which is why our drone inspections are so useful in London. The flat market is particularly strong, and our Flat Buyers Survey looks closely at the roof and structure of the whole building.
